conditions set forth below. Please read them carefully. Your use of this site indicates

to make changes to this site and these terms and conditions at any time.

reproduced, modified, republish, posted, transmitted, distributed, or used in any form or
by any means. Any unauthorized use of any materials appearing on this web site may violate
copyright, trademark and other applicable laws and could result in criminal and/or civil

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
All of Superior Electronics products are guaranteed against
manufacturer defects for 30 days from the date of invoice. Except as expressly stated
herein, Superior Electronics makes no representations or warranties of any kind with
respect to products sold by Superior Electronics. Except as expressly stated herein,
Superior Electronics disclaims all warranties expressed or implied, of any kind with
respect to products sold on this site, including but not limited to merchantability and
fitness for a particular purpose. You agree that the sole and exclusive maximum liability
to Superior Electronics arising from any product sold shall be the the price of the
product ordered. In no event shall Superior Electronics be liable for special, indirect,
consequential, or punitive damages related to product sold.
Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an
incorrect price due to a typographical error Superior Electronics shall have the right to
refuse or cancel any orders placed.

Our site may contain links to other
sites that are owned and operated by a third party. You acknowledge that Superior
Electronics is not responsible for the content or operation of any such site.
Order Acceptance Policy
Your receipt of an electronic order
confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order. Superior Electronics reserves
the right at any time after receipt of your order, to either accept or decline your order
for any reason. All orders must be pre-approved, as established by our credit department.
Superior Electronics reserves the right, without prior notice, to supply less than the
quantity of any item ordered. All orders are subject to credit approval, and all items are
limited to supply on hand.
Payment Methods
We accept MasterCard, VISA and Discover
cards. Please be sure to provide your complete billing address and telephone number your
credit card company has on file for you. Incorrect information may cause a delay in
processing your order. All information must match your credit card issuers information
that they have on file for you.
If you wish to make your purchase with a Cashiers Check,
Money Order or Personal or Company Check, please print
out your total order, and send
it along with your form of payment. Please make sure your total remittance includes any
sales tax,
and all shipping charges to avoid any delay in processing your order. Please
allow up to 10 days for processing checks. There
will be a $25 fee for any returned
checks. Your order will be processed after your check has cleared our bank.

Shipping Policy
Estimated UPS Ground shipping is
3 to 10 business days, depending on location being shipped to. Tracking information will
be supplied upon request, if tracking information is available.
Superior Electronics must charge Sales Tax on any
orders shipped to addresses within the state of California. Each customer shall be
responsible for any taxes required on orders shipped to any other state.
Orders placed by 5:00 PM EST (US Eastern Standard Time)
will be processed the same business day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST will be processed
the next business day. Please be aware that we can not ship on weekends or holidays.
please allow up to 3 -10 days for UPS Ground shipping. If we anticipate any type of delay
in shipping your order, we will contact you by e-mail, to give you the option of accepting
the order or canceling for a refund of the item back ordered.
No P.O. Boxes Please.
Return Policy
We offer a 100% Money Back Guarantee. If you are not happy with any item for any reason, simply return it via UPS, postage
pre-paid for full refund or exchange, minus any shipping and handling fees.
NOTE:
Please be advised that we do not offer a return policy on
any "Custom Built" computers, printers, monitors
or special order items, as indicated below.
Products may be returned in the following manner: All
returns must be made within 30 days of invoice date. Before returning any item you must
contact our Customer Service
Department for a Return Merchandise Authorization(RMA). No
returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA number. The RMA is good for only one
item and it must match the authorized product. Each RMA is good for 10 days form the day
your RMA is issued. If you are returning a non-defective product that has been opened, you
may be charged a 20% restocking fee. After 30 days, you must make all returns directly to
the manufacturer.

Custom Built Computers, Printers, Monitors and special
order items may only be returned for replacement and not for any refund. Software returns
will be accepted for refund only if the package is unopened. All refunds will excluded any
shipping and handling charges paid. We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we
have received and processed the returned item. Please note that we can refund shipping
costs only if the return is a result of our error.
Please allow 2-4 weeks for refunds to be processed.
All returns must be returned with all items in "as-new" condition, in original
packaging and with all warranty cards, manuals and accessories. The original packing slip
must be included with your RMA, and the RMA number must be visible on the outside of the
package. There will be a $30.00 re-boxing fee for products not returned in the original
packaging, with all the original equipment.
Used and Surplus Computers and Parts Return Policy
Due to the nature of surplus and used products, returns will be limited to defective
products only. Returns must be received by Superior Electronics within 14 days of
customers receipt date. We can not give refunds on used or surplus computers or parts. Any
surplus or used computer or parts returned to us after 14 days will be refused. Before
returning any defective item, you must contact our Customer Service Department at customerservice@superiorelectronics.com or
contact our RMA department at rma@superiorelectronics.com to request a RMA number. No item will be accepted without an RMA number. RMA numbers for
used and surplus computers and parts are good for 3 days after receipt of RMA number, sent
to your e-mail account. If the product is returned without all the original packaging and
accessories it will be sent back to you. All returned items will be tested in our service
department, upon receipt of receiving your product. If it is determined that it is in
working condition, the product will be sent back to you.

All Returns must be sent by UPS, Federal Express, or any
other carrier that issues a tracking number. Please remember to put
the RMA number on the outside of your package....If not visible, the package
will be refused.

Superior Electronics will provide limited on-line technical support for
any product purchased from us. Please refer to our links page for manufacturers technical
support. All technical support requests should be made to the manufacturer of the product
you purchased.
